about sarah

Fifteen years ago, I stepped away from my career to raise our kids full-time. At the time, it felt clear and right—I was all in, being the steady one at home.

But as our kids grew older and more independent, something shifted.

Life didn’t slow down the way I thought it would.
Instead, it got heavier.

I wasn’t in crisis. I wasn’t unhappy.
But I felt tired in a way sleep didn’t fix—and unsettled in a way I couldn’t name.

I kept asking myself quiet questions I didn’t expect:
Why does everything feel so full… yet I feel a little lost in it?
Why is it so hard to make time for myself now—even when my kids need me less?

That tension—the pull between showing up for my family and needing space for myself—is what changed everything.

You don’t find confidence by doing more in this season—you find it by getting clear, letting go of guilt, and choosing yourself without stepping away from your family.

Today, I help moms of tweens and teens navigate this in-between season with courage and clarity.

Through practical tools, honest insights, and simple strategies, I help you find time for yourself without guilt—so you can reconnect with who you are beyond motherhood and take meaningful steps forward, right where you are.

Because your story isn’t over.
It’s simply entering a season with more clarity, confidence, and purpose.

our mission

To support BUSY MOMS in reclaiming time, clarity and confidence during the in-between season of motherhood.

MY STORY

I didn’t say much until grade school.

Literally. I had an older brother who spoke for me, and I was perfectly happy letting him do the talking. But once I found my own voice? I didn’t stop.

From the start, I’ve loved connecting with people.
Asking good questions.
Sharing meaningful stories.

That passion led me into a career as a
television journalist—and I thought I’d be telling other people’s stories forever.

But when our girls were little, I made the decision to put my career on
pause so I could be more present at home.

By age 40, life LOOKED great on the outside.

➡️ My husband and I had built a successful network marketing business from the ground up—one that gave us flexibility and a solid income.

➡️ We were raising three amazing daughters, and I was supporting him in his demanding role as a high school football coach.

➡️ From the outside, it looked like I had it all: a thriving family, a growing business, and a life full of purpose.

But somewhere in all of that—cheering him on, raising our girls, running the household—

I lost track of me

I don’t regret stepping back. But I do regret how far I let myself drift from the woman I was created to be.

The one with big ideas, a strong voice, and a calling that didn’t end when I became “Mom.”

I’ve heard too many moms say they waited too long—only to feel lost when their kids were grown and gone.

I didn’t want that to be my story.

So I made the choice to start reclaiming who I am now—not by starting over, but by creating space for myself within the life I already love.

This kind of work—reconnecting with who you are—can’t wait for “someday.” Because when the pace of parenting finally slows, we don’t want to be left wondering where we went in the middle of it all.

I DON'T WANT TO WAIT
