Sound familiar?

  • When things settle down, I'll focus on my health
  • After the kids are older, my husband and I will reconnect
  • Someday I'll actually chase that dream
  • I just need to get through this season first
  • I want to find something for myself — I just don't have time
  • Once life slows down, I'll figure out who I am again
If you've said any version of this — this is for you.

Life doesn't slow down. It just changes.

You're deep in the tween and teen years. The logistics are relentless. The emotional labor is invisible. And somewhere along the way, you quietly moved yourself to the bottom of the list — telling yourself it's temporary.

But the women who wait for the "right season" to start living their lives? They look up one day and realize the kids are nearly grown, their marriage has drifted, and they've forgotten what they even wanted in the first place.

"I want to find something for myself outside of motherhood. Another title other than mom."

That feeling is real. And it doesn't have to wait. You don't need more time. You need a different relationship with the time you already have — and permission to actually use it for yourself.

That's what The Someday Shift is built for.

8 weeks. Five phases. One shift.

This isn't a productivity course or a self-improvement checklist. It's a guided experience that walks you through waking up, getting clear, and actually starting — in a way that fits your real, full, busy life.

Phase 1 · Week 1
Wake Up
Get honest about where your time and energy are actually going. Name what you've been postponing. Reconnect with desire — not obligation.
"I see how I've been putting myself on hold."
Phase 2 · Weeks 2–3
Uncover
Identify what actually matters to you in this season. Separate guilt-driven goals from true desire. Start to see what feels most alive right now.
"I'm starting to see what matters to me again."
Phase 3 · Weeks 4–5
Design
Find small pockets of time that actually work. Choose one or two areas to prioritize — not everything. Replace "someday" with "this week."
"I see how this can fit my real life."
Phase 4 · Weeks 6–7
Practice
Show up — imperfectly, consistently. Build identity through follow-through. Let go of the perfection and guilt cycle that's been keeping you stuck.
"I am someone who shows up for herself."
Phase 5 · Week 8
Forward
Reflect on what shifted. Define your next season. Leave with a personal continuation plan — and the confidence to keep choosing yourself.
"I know how to keep going from here."

The places you've been putting in someday.

These aren't areas to fix. They're places to choose from. You won't work on all five — you'll choose the one or two that feel most alive for you right now.

The Someday Shift is for you if…

You're a mom of tweens or teens who feels like her own needs keep getting pushed to "later"
You want to pursue something without adding more weight to your already-full shoulders
You and your husband have started feeling more like roommates than partners
You're starting to think about who you are — or want to be — when the kids are grown
You want flexibility above everything — your life is full and any solution has to fit inside it
You're tired of the guilt that comes with doing anything just for yourself
You want a community of women who get it — who will cheer you on and hold you accountable

They stopped waiting too.

The things you're probably wondering.

How much time does this actually take?
Plan for about 30–60 minutes per week — the call, a short teaching, and a bit of reflection. You don't need more time. You need the right focus for the time you have.
What if I miss a live call?
All calls are recorded and available within 24 hours. Life happens — the program works around your real schedule, not the other way around.
Do I have to work on all five life anchors?
No — and that's the point. You'll choose one or two that feel most alive for you right now. This isn't about optimizing your entire life. It's about making intentional space for what actually matters to you in this season.
I already feel overwhelmed. Is this going to add more to my plate?
That's exactly why this program exists. The Someday Shift isn't more to do — it's a different way of doing. We help you find space you didn't know you had, not pile more on top of what's already there.
Is this just for moms whose kids are a certain age?
This is designed specifically for moms in the tween and teen years — roughly ages 10–18. If that's your season, you're in the right place.
What if I'm not sure this is for me?
If you've been saying someday for longer than you can remember — that's your answer. Reach out at [your email] and we can talk through whether this is the right fit.
Someday is not a season.
This is.

You don't have to wait until the kids are grown or life slows down. You can start now — in this season, with this life, exactly as it is.

Your Questions Answered

  • Since this is personalized coaching, we don’t offer refunds. That said, my goal is to make this worth every minute and dollar you invest, and I work closely with you to ensure you’re making real progress and seeing results.

  • We’ll meet virtually (or your preferred platform) at a time that works for you.
Plus, you’ll get ongoing support via email or messaging between sessions, so you’re never left spinning your wheels on your own.

  • Because we’re working together 1:1, many moms notice small wins right away—like more focus, less overwhelm, and clarity on what to prioritize. Longer-term results, like consistent “me time,” balanced family routines, and more confidence in your choices, usually show up within a few weeks as we implement the plan together.

  • It’s completely normal to feel hesitant about investing in yourself, especially when you’re a busy mom who already feels stretched for time and money.

But many moms reach this point because they’re already paying the hidden cost of overwhelm: no time to work out, no energy for date nights, constantly putting themselves last, and feeling like life is running them instead of the other way around.

1:1 coaching helps you reclaim your time and clarity so you can finally prioritize what matters. Perhaps it's your health, your marriage, your family, and yourself.

Instead of trying to figure it out alone, you get personalized support, accountability, and simple strategies that fit real life with tweens and teens.

The goal isn’t adding more to your plate.
It’s helping you finally feel like you’re living your life again.
